The VE9GMI 146.955 (Grand Manan Island) repeater is back in the link as of Feb 19 (Friday). Thanks to the help from NB DTI Radio Communications Branch!
The Scotch Mountain VE9SMT 146.610 repeater linking has been repaired and it is now working normally (Jan 07).
Another new IRG repeater went on-air as of January 5! Mount Carleton Park (VE9MCP) on 147.120 + is the latest addition, bringing the total number of IRG repeaters to twenty-seven (27). The new site is near the park headquarters and will provide additional improved coverage in northern New Brunswick.
Updated Nov 18: The VE9MIR 147.150 (Miramichi) repeater is back on line. A new repeater was installed and VE9MIR is working again. Thanks again to the folks at NB DTI Radio Communications Branch!
VE1BI (Pleasant Ridge 146.700) is back in the system link as of November 13. Thanks to NB DTI crew for the fast service!
The Stanley VE9NRV 147.030 repeater has been repaired as of June 25, 2020. A faulty relay in the repeater was the cause, and all should be working OK now.
The Kintore Mountain repeater (VE9KMT 147.060) was off air for equipment replacement but is now back in service. Thanks to NB DTI RadComm Group for their great work, as usual!
As of Tuesday afternoon, January 7 2019, VE1XI (Doaktown 146.910) is back on the air. A spare repeater has been installed and everything should be back to normal.
As of Friday, January 3 2020, the VE1BM (Fredericton 147.120) repeater has been repaired. Thanks go out to the Radio Communications Group of Dept of Transportation and Infrastructure for their help!
VE1XI (Doaktown 146.910) is off the air for repairs as of this date also. We'll keep you up-to-date on any change.
